Hanson Variety Solutions is a full-service general contractor. We handle roof repair and replacement, storm and wind damage restoration, remodeling, decks, gutters, flooring, drywall and painting, and general home repairs.

Yes. Hanson Variety Solutions is a licensed and insured general contractor (License #BC804858).
Will you work with my insurance company on a storm damage claim?
We stay in the contractor lane. We can meet with your insurance adjuster to go over the damage and scope, and we can submit supplements or additional damage findings if something gets missed. We don't file, negotiate, manage, or represent you on the claim, and we don't interpret your policy or advise on coverage — that stays between you and your insurer, or a licensed public adjuster if you choose to hire one. When a job is paid from insurance proceeds, our contract is typically written against those proceeds, unless you choose to pay for the work directly.
How does the process work?
It starts with a conversation. Reach out through the site or give us a call, and we'll set up a time to look at the project and talk through what you need. From there we'll put together a plan and an estimate. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll get a contract signed and a deposit collected before scheduling the work.
What should I do if I think my roof has storm or hail damage?
Reach out and describe what you're seeing — missing shingles, dents, leaks, and so on. We'll schedule a visit to inspect the roof, document any damage, and walk you through the repair options.
Do I need a permit for my project?
Permit requirements vary by city and county, so whether one's needed depends on your specific project and jurisdiction. We'll let you know what applies once we've scoped out the work.
What kind of remodeling and repair work do you do?
Flooring, decks, drywall, painting, and other general home repairs — we coordinate the trades needed for your specific remodel or repair project.
